Portable ZIP
Extract and run Veylum without the installer. “Portable” describes the application files; app data still uses the desktop data directory.
Size and checksum will appear after the final verified build.

Windows desktop
This preview targets Windows x64. Choose a current Windows environment supported by Electron. Native Mac packages and runtime behavior have not been verified.
Memory and storage
ARC Ray’s catalog estimates at least 3 GiB system RAM and recommends 4 GiB; larger tiers need more. Reserve space for the app, the chosen model, temporary downloads, and your work. Use in-app hardware recommendations.
Model weights are downloaded separately from their configured sources. Internet is needed for that download; installed local models can infer offline.

Verify the exact file
Use PowerShell’s
Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 -LiteralPath 'path-to-your-download'and compare its full hash with this page. If it differs, do not run the package.Install or extract
For the installer, choose a user installation directory. For the ZIP, extract the complete archive to a writable directory, then open Veylum.exe. A ZIP checksum verifies the archive before extraction.
Set up local ARC
In Models, choose an installable tier recommended for your hardware. Veylum checks its pinned digest before making it available for chat.
